We are booked out most weeks and we need more hands. If you are handy, reliable and show up when you say you will, we will keep you busy, and you will never have to find the work yourself.
Apply in two minutesNothing here is a perk with a catch. This is just how the work runs.
Every job you finish that week is paid out the following week by e-transfer. You are paid for the job, not for sitting in a van, finish clean and finish early and that is yours. The pay is agreed before you accept it, and there are no deductions after the fact.
Tell us the days and windows that work and we schedule inside them. Plenty of our people do this around another job, school or family. Say no to a job and nothing happens.
We route jobs by area. You take the ones near you instead of crossing town twice a day. If we are not in your city yet, tell us anyway, that is often how a city opens.
Every job comes through with the TV size, the wall, the mount and anything extra the customer bought, before you accept it. Bring your own hand tools and a vehicle. Who supplies the hardware is settled job by job, we will be straight with you about it rather than let you find out on a driveway.
The customer has already booked, already paid a deposit and already knows the price before you knock. You are showing up to a job, not selling one.
Every install is quoted, scheduled and warrantied by us. Awkward wall, wrong bracket, customer changed their mind at the door, you call, we sort it. You are not on your own out there.
Pick the one that fits. If two of them sound like you, say so on the form and we will talk it through.
You mount TVs in people's homes. Anywhere from one 55″ on drywall to a full-motion 85″ on concrete with the wires run inside the wall.
This is the one we are fussy about. A bad install costs us the customer, the review and the callback, so we would rather wait for the right installer than fill the slot.
You answer the messages and calls that come in, quote from our price list, and fill the calendar. Remote, from your phone or a laptop.
A 75″ television is not a one-person lift, and an 85″ certainly is not. When one of those is booked, we send a second pair of hands to meet the installer there and help get it on the wall.
Flat fee per lift, agreed before you accept it, paid weekly with everything else. It is not a full income, it is a bit of money for half an hour, a few times a month.
You send people our way and earn a percentage of every job your own booking link brings in. No territory, no quota, no shifts. You work it around whatever else you do.
This suits people who already talk to movers, renters, condo groups or new homeowners. It is not a salary and it is not a guarantee. It is a cut of what you actually bring in, tracked on a scoreboard you can see.
The form below. Two minutes, no resume needed, no account to make.
A short, real conversation about what you have done and what you want out of it.
In Ottawa, installers do a paid job alongside Sam first, so you see the standard before you are out solo. It pays less than a solo job, because two of us are on it, think of it as the last part of the interview, paid. Outside Ottawa we start you on a straightforward job and go through the photos with you afterwards. Bookers start on a handful of live conversations with us watching. Lift help just turns up to their first lift.
Goes straight to Sam. No account, no resume, no third party.
Your application is in front of Sam, not stuck in an inbox somewhere.
